No, you're partially right.

I should have clarified that now I don't bother anymore but, in the past, I used to ran many epic PL and it was as comfortable as bread crumbs in the bed to reskill some classes. One of the reason I don't anymore is because i really can't be bothered of the mind numbing TR process, may as well hit 30 to 20 and straight to 1/15 (and getting an epic PL + a class/racial one) for a new class.
I do this only because the fucking rockstars don't even know what QoL means.

I'm not really sure what language you're speaking, but I'm following the gist of it. It sounds like you don't know that some people spread the TR process out over a couple days. ETR, lvl back to 20 --> wait a day or so --> Empty cache --> day or so --> actual Heroic TR. Some people also go in to an ETR not feeling 100% sure they want to HTR immediately after. In general, since it doesn't *actually* take significantly longer, it makes way more sense to apply a real build after the ETR than "just take random shit". Its simple pragmatism: better to be safe than sorry.

Either the publisher got em by the balls and there was absolutely no change since the WB era or they just admitted they don't have the technical expertise to fix their own game...Or it's both.

As if they fixed bugs! All the fixes we ever see regard major fuck ups like reaper trees not working anymore or minor bullshit regarding THAT update, stop. Took em over 2 fucking years, yes, 2 FUCKING YEARS to fix the display issues with quests level sorting and, apart from that single thing we have seen a goddamn nothing about bugs.

I still never post lfm because I really cannot stand that asinine microtab that lists all the quest and good fucking luck trying to find the chain you want to post an lfm for in there. QoL updates are all but forgotten and these motherfuckers almost want to make it seem like it's not their fucking fault? Sure as hell it's not us coding the game. Rockstars....
