12 FVS gets you Heal or Blade Barrier. Depending on what other spellls you have going on, BB could be nice for leveling and Heal is always nice. Plus level 12 core enhancement and Blessed of [Insert god here]. I think those all sound better than 10% run speed from Barbarian or whatever else people are going to pick up in a 1 level splash. (Okay not Barbarian in this case, but you get me).
