@DnD, that was their intentions when introducing both bear and wolf forms to druid. Jack of all trades doesn't work in the type of content you want it to, so obviously you'll need some sort of compromise; In wolf, you're giving up plenty AP for your bear stance to be meaningful, and in bear, you're giving up beef for the damage.
Build either one animal form with gear swaps in mind, and spec whatever is free into the other; hybrids fail at both. Which is more important to you - the tank or the damage?
It is an alt without too much investment that i can swap from Sentinel to Fury/LD if I want to solo R1.
So I suppose tanking raids on hard without too much issues. Not sure about the potential of bears as tanks, nobody was using them for anything, so I don't know about elite/R1.
