Legendary Silverthread Belt is a must-have.

Legendary Flamecleansed Fury Set (armor, bracers, cloak) from Sharn seems to be very popular with healers.

If you want your healer to have any sort of offensive capability, the Legendary Resplendant Fury orb meshes very well with the Flamecleansed Fury set for doing Light damage.


For a minor artifact, I'd probably go with:

Stolen Signet of ir'Wynarn ring (if you're a FvS)
or
Doctor LeRoux's Curious Implant necklace (if you're a Cleric)


For a weapon, it's probably best to go with the Nightmother's Sceptre. I can understand why someone would want to go with the Morninglord's Sceptre, however. Both accept sentiences, btw.


The rest is suit to taste.
