Just for pure transparency...

We keep track of all orders, we have multiple smaller orders and a few larger ones on hold currently, it has nothing to do with email or Discord, we work with both and check them frequently, our issue currently is a lack of boxes to spread around to all the servers due to SSG banning our primary bank toon. We have other banks but it takes time to recover, that said we also spend time to determine how the bank toon was discovered, for the safety of our clients.

Also keep in mind, we are open and truthful about bans, currently we have had 6 bans, four have been reversed and are unbanned after we advised them on how to speak with SSG support, the other two will not be unbanned, we have contacted both of them, one has demanded a refund, please keep in mind, this is cheating and an element of risk is involved, we do not give refunds, we can help replace accounts with boxes and items, but we don't offer refunds, the risk is minimal that you will be banned but it does exist. As for the other client who was banned and will not be unbanned, I have offered to reimburse the client on a new account, due to the nature of the current lack of boxes this is taking longer than normal. I apologize sincerely for the delay.

We are open, we are legit, and we are taking and filling orders, some wait times on certain servers are up to a week atm, thats just the nature of the beast sorry guys...

Some good news however, we will be releasing a bot that is capable of running a Cleric/Favored Soul and is a much better hireling than anything SSG has to offer, it's in the final stages of development now.

Again I apologize for delays, there are currently 54 orders waiting for boxes, we don't hide things from our community, but delays are something you have to deal with when you do business with a cheat entity.
