Going from a 1st life toon with longbow as primary who is capable of spotting and disabling traps. Minimal SP as I will run hires and clickies galore when soloing.

Looking for something to get me to 30 then TR to use the same setup to get a couple past life bonuses to have the toon sit at L30

Race doesn't matter too much but just assume I have everything unlocked. I will try my best to avoid Iconic. Also, as pure of a ranger as I can get, without sacrificing too much DPS is ideal but I'm open to just about anything.

No need to solo R10s. Being able to solo 1-20 R2-4s is a decent mark to hit IMHO.
