Was thinking of trying monk after years since I last touched the class and was wondering how the falconry tier 3 "killer instinct" synergies with ninja spy first core "basic ninja training"

Falconry allows to use WIS to  hit and damage (and that's what I'm going for)
Ninja spy first core uses DEX only to hit and it's mandatory in case I want to take some low hanging fruits in this tree.

How does the game react? Also, feel free to dispense some wisdom (see what I did? ) on how to play an effective monk and, for fuck sake, don't say "don't play monk". Last time I played one was around the time DoJ dropped...I think

Oh yeah, I'm going to use handwraps (I have a very impressive collection of both handwraps and melee quarterstaves)

If I understand correctly(and admittedly thats kind of a big "if") then you use whenever stat is highest. So ninja spy says you CAN use your dexterity, but if falconry says you can use your wisdom and your wisdom is highest, then that's what you'll use.
