It’s been quite a time since I’ve posted here. The last 3+ years I’ve been working a lot and playing DDO much less than before due to work. I now have time to play again more often and would like some help with my tank.

I currently have an Aasimar 15 Cleric / 5 Pali tank. 306 AC 387 PRR 287 MRR. 4100’ish HP outside Reaper, around 4500 in reaper. 35 reaper points.

Gear is a 6 piece winter and the Sharn Tank set. I’d like recommendations if you would on level splits, gear, and the like. I’d prefer to stay self-healing.

Looking to increase overall hp, ac, prr, and mrr for reaper raids.

I know more reaper points would help. I’ll work on that this week.

You should try a 20 Barb or Druid Bear hate tank for lower level raids / Reapers. Pack on HP and and as much hate as you can generate. It'll be more active than an intim tank, more fun, and perform better in that level content.

The gear becomes more obvious after you decide what kind of tank you want to play.

So I decided on 12 pali 4 ftr 4 arti

Planner says 560 AC, 5400 hp, 445 prr 297 mrr pdk

Running 7 piece winter and fill in items. Will post the export from the planner ASAP.

1. Tank is a wasted spot in R10 quests for RXP.
2. If you're not attacking and generating hate, your intim tank with ac, prr and mrr will be useless in R5 or lower raids. Competent DPS will easily take agro from you, DPS incapable of managing agro will never let you get it.

I get that. Went pdk char to hit/dmg and maxing threat too.

I know my dps will not be anything but middling. With the threat and intim I should be able to hold aggro i think.

Plus this is for high reaper quests and reaper raids.

I’ll look into Druid etc.
