DDO Bonus Days

So I have seen mixed reviews on Bonus Days and whether or not they work on Otto Box - Stones of Experience. There is currently a 20% bonus in effect. From what I can tell this won't affect the stone, but if there was a VIP boost it would affect it? Anyone have some clarification on this, it would be much appreciated. Huh

VIP does, the normal weekend bonus doesn't... now if you get a VIP bonus weekend, THAT works. On those you can ALMOST hit 20 off a stone from fresh TR.. couple of gold rolls and you're capped

If the bonus is on quest (which is what they mean when they say heroic and epic) xp, which this 20% and buddy bonuses are, then it doesn’t apply to xp from non quest sources.  Like sagas, ottos stones, etc.  vip xp bonuses apply to most all xp earned.   Except daily dice stones.  Nothing boosts those.
