EDs for THF builds

Hey guys! I am playing mostly DPS builds, and THF is my favourite style so far. I am also targeting for R10 quests and Reaper raids. It seems pretty straightforward to me that some combinations of classes and weapons have some very good EDs to maximize their potential like Fotw + Barbarian + Greataxe, however some others don't.
But I also want to hear some other people's opinions about that. For each one of these combination below, what ED would you use and why?

Barbarian + Greataxe
Barbarian + Falchion
Fighter + Greataxe
Fighter + Falchion
Paladin + Falchion
Paladin + Greatsword
Monk + Staff
Rogue + Staff

Don't pick an ED based on what weapon you want to use. You should pick a weapon based on what ED works best.

I think mostly it will be Fury Tree (main), LD and Divine crusader or Rogue for the third. Monk is lynnabell'd and so is Fatesinger.
