Not as good as Warhammer 2 but it should get continual development. The new map is beautiful and there are a ton of amazing UI, combat, and campaign features added. The diplomacy is the best I've seen in a Total War game. If you like playing as demons of chaos, there are a ton of well made units that play well.

The win condition in WH3 though sucks. The demon realms are not fun on the campaign map, although the survival battles are very well designed and fun. The factions are also not very deep. There are only 2 order factions---so if you don't like playing the bad guys then that cuts out like 2/3 of the game's content.

Great game. Really beautiful, probably worth waiting for immortal empires (where they combine all three games).
