Stick fighter?

I've decided to get my main back on the TR bandwagon in preparation for tibaxi, and get a couple more heroic lives out of the way. First up is Rogue, and I do plan to play all the way to 30. What's a good stick fighter build for that final rogue life?

Mech. Put little sticks in your xbow.
VKF Assassin with wooden Crystal Cove daggers.
Knife chucker build with wooden shield offhand.

I've just always liked the stick fighter animations. Also, for the 18-20 gap(where I'm stuck the longest), you can slot a sentient gem a Bone Crusher. That's probable the best weapon you can possibly hold at lvl 18.

Bored over all or bored with the build?

Personally I just want to enjoy the stick fighting animations for a bit on a character that's actually powerful. I can always role a first-life/no tomes alt but its just not the same.

Bored with the style. I don't know what it is about it but it was great for about two play sessions, loads of fun, then just pfffffppprrprprrttttt. I seem to enjoy lives with plenty to do like spells or active attacks it seems, so maybe it was that. Maybe it was my fault for not building around more key clicking.

Not sure, but I didn't click with it at all and found it very tedious. I enjoy THF Barb more but I can't see there's much difference, heh.

As a measure of how I came out of that life: after cap I removed the sentient jewel from Bonecrusher, put it in something else and crunched Bonecrusher. I was absolutely sure I'd never need that weapon again. When I do another Rog life it'll probably be SWF Dagger pure or Inquisitive with 2Art/1Bbn.

DPS doesnt care about your feels. SoS will have bigger crits Bonecrusher will do more dps all depends if you are playing a difficulty where dps matters.

No, it's the other way around.

SoS is higher DPS on the right builds, because the right builds can't run staffs.

If you want to run staffs, you are giving away some DPS to begin with; with that imposed, the builds that are left like bone crusher.
