	DDO loot design has optimized for the taste of sawdust. Who the fuck cares. Lynn's "new effects" are like some weird immunity that no one wanted or asked for. How long has it been since something on loot was interesting. (E.x., Eidolons shadow, with how it intimidated shit.) Like they could just import uniques from Path of Exile and release 3 of them per update and that would be enough for the community to get excited for. That and delete the set bonuses.
