Spoiler alert: they don't actually know how to fix the server transfer problem. The one guy who can fix it takes the whole month of December off, because no one can stop him.

I'm completly boggled that they can't seem to update server transfars.

It SHOULD be a fucking computer file that you copy to one place and write to another place. But this is DDO. You KNOW they've somehow fucked things up so its like 5 different files each touching 8 different tables, with transfers automated via some archaic and undocumented script written by a guy who left the company 9 years ago.

On the plus side, someone left a bunch of Night Revels crap in the guild chest when it ended, which I managed to snarf at the time.

On the down side, I only really want the XP. But the augments tend to sell for shards at some point.
