	At Cap conclusions: IMO go full spell crit on blightcaster. Use spells without DCs. The Dots are just not that great in R10 questing with a good group though. People are already smashing through dooms in 10s or less. If you wanna CC and necro go wizard, or even warlock. You can do a half DC / half damage set-up on a blightcaster, but you're just better off with Sorc then IMO. Blightcaster CC is subpar to mass hold, glitter dust, etc. Overall I recommend trying one out for the novelty. Someone might enjoy it enough to make it their main. ~ Don't sleep on the earthquake damage...
