	I think they are referring to the forum layout here. I have the same issue in Chrome but it works fine in Firefox.

	I use a browser called SR Iron which is a variant of Chrome(with all the spyware removed) and it displays the vault just fine. My work computer with vanilla chrome does not and I have to keep firefox open for it.
