	That, my friend, is what the capstone is for. +2 CHA. So you can't cast level 8 and 9 spells until capped. 6 starting +2 tome +3 enhancement +6 item +2 capstone 19 is the magic number I'm level 12 at the moment and have 290 odd hit points unbuffed and about 1100 spell points.

	Lotta enhancement points. Consider the litany (something you'll want anyway) and/or exceptional cha on a DT docent. That's 6/10 enhancement points right there.

A viable build without them though. Also, I fully expect +3/+4 tomes to be on sale in special "Turbine Store" weekend extravaganzas within the next 12 months. Probably around DDO EU anniversary time actually.
