I have a lvl 20 dwarf barb THF. I recently made his first GS great axe. Before I get carried away and make more, should I consider GR'ing into a twf barb with the impending changes? I am not thinking that the glancing blow nerf will mess me up a lot, since I don't twitch. I do move around in battle though. What do you guys think?

No, enjoy the character as is.

Continue crafting axes for that character but try to hurry before they get U5 live.
That way you can remember the game how it used to be. 

Even though the nerfs really suck, they seem to be bringing thf and twf more inline with one another.
This reason alone should make thf even more viable.
Especially for a build that is near the top in dps calculations with that weapon type.

Also, dont forget that even if the character might need changing later on, you'll have an alt for TR that is already geared with good weapons, etc.
First TR is incredibly easy.

So, what I'm saying is, feel free to screw up your character the first time but dont fuck up the second time LOL
