Here's my Exploiter Ranger.  I'm not horrified by her performance in game, but I know it could certainly be better.  The only problem is that I can't think of too many areas where I can improve her. 

That's just a problem with my game knowledge, though.  That's where you come in!  Help me make my character better and you'll have another person to run raids/epic with that won't drag the party down.  My AC is fine for the Shroud, but kind of pointless in Amrath and beyond.  My self healing is decent with some healing amp, Sup Potency VI and Ranger Devotion IV.  More healing amp would obviously be nice.

I'd like to improve the self-healing and the damage against end game enemies.  In particular, I feel kind of gimpy against Epic enemies and I don't seem to be doing nearly as much damage as some of my other characters.  More HP would obviously be nice too, but I don't see what I can do to get any more other than feed another feat to the ever hungry Toughness beast.

I'm not keen on the idea of a Lesser Reincarnate, but I'm at least willing to listen.  A second TR is right out, though.

Goggles - Get Tharnes.

Trinket - Bloodstone > Arrowhead.  Using Khopeshes, that's 6 damage lost per crit.

Cloak - Mantle of the Worldshaper still?  Really?  If you really can't find anything better from in game named loot to toss into that slot, that's the perfect place to craft your GS HP replacement for the Goggles slot, which should be Tharnes.  Or, perhaps Epic Cape of the Roc, now that its been beefed up - would bring your Str up from 29 to 32.

Rings - I'm assuming you're working toward ToD rings, so I'll just ignore that Ring of Feathers.

Gloves - Spectrals are nice.  Working toward Epic-ing them, I hope?

Belt/Bracers - If you're wearing Levik's, why bother with a STR +6 GFL Belt?  One way to consolidate item space would be to Epic those Spectral Gloves.  Use the Yellow slot on them to slot GFL.  Then Leviks will give you the Str, the Healing Amp, and leave you with a freed up belt slot.

Boots - any thought toward working toward Madstones?  Yes, you can't cast while Madstoned.  No, your spells are not that important.

Weapons - a Lit II for your Off-Hand will drastically increase your DPS.

Armor - There are plenty of things End Game that will do better than Icy.  I don't see what your DT robes have on them, so I can't advise how useful they would be.  I notice you have Minos - an Epic Armor with a Blue Slot would give you the chance to get either Toughness or Heavy Fort, therefore opening that slot up to something else useful.  Have you considered the Epic Vulkoorim Fighting Leathers, perhaps?
