Macros in game? (Read 5848 times)

	Is there anyway to create macros in DDO, short of special Keyboards? I play on a laptop, so getting a G11 or G15 is out of the question. Is there any way to use keymapping to do this? Example: I wanna set up a macro to auto-equip all my tank gear, then another to switch to Haggle/UMD gear, then another for DPS, etc.

	There is plenty of free software available that will allow you to create and replay macros.

	Got AutoHotKey. Can now select F7-12 by hitting Tab + F1-6. Happy cleric is happy.

	Here's the thing I'm having issue with. Keybinding is easy enough. I have mouse buttons to spare. But macroing (for this case) is about using multiple Keybindings at the same time or in quick succession, such as changing gear sets quickly.

As far as DDO goes: Two button and a wheel mouse works for me. Don't even know whats hot-keyed. BTW: Steel Battalion was the best Mech sim game out there so far. Also used the most complex Xbox controller as well:
