I play cause it's fun, honestly I wouldn't even care if they removed all the plat, tomes, elixers and everything else I gained.

I can't understand that at all. There's not even such a thing as "flying past" in DDO, because we aren't in any sort of competition with one another. People got all sorts of stuff I would love to have and would help my perpetually broke toons, but I couldn't care less, because their success doesn't in any way impact my success or failure.

I think a lot of folks play with the thought of being great at something or other, and a lot of folks pick "Being rich" or "Playing the market" or "Having the best gear" or whatever as one of those goals.  And when a shitload of people are doing significantly better than you because of cheating, I can see being kinda mad.  Not real mad, but kinda mad.

No, it's not automated, they get a monkey (AKA Ogdred) to sit in an office and do each one individually!

As for the who cares part...I guess I kind of care.  It's annoying that certain prices were jacked through the roof but on the flip side if you're not in a hurry to get anything in particular and have some of those items you can unload them to build back up the plat buffer (not all players have 10's of millions of plat sitting around ).

I'm more disappointed that Turbine didn't ban those that get caught.  I don't cheat.  Period.  I also don't mind if other people cheat.  I'm a big Barry Bonds fan.  He cheated.  I don't care that he cheated - it doesn't change the fact that he did what he did.  That said, he got caught.  You get caught, there should be a price, or else the 'game' becomes something else entirely.  It becomes a test to see who can cheat the most.  And as someone who doesn't cheat I wouldn't find that game very interesting.

EXCEPT i wasn't Fucking  exploiting my ing bag went poof after running the fucking shit out of the challenges and having an inv overflowing with those stupid chests i went and opened them at the bar and sold the junk shit it gave me 50 open spots of chests + overflow 6 collective hours of challenge farming.


So i filed a bug report and contacted customer support to get it fixed.

And i get fucking flagged for exploiting when i wasn't and lose my gargantuan bag full of scrolls seals shards hundreds of tokens WTF!
