Yea. Then belt can be ravager as a swap in for bosses/red names. Or go with fb set and put gfl on the challenge belt so you don't need to slot it elsewhere. I can understand not wanting to grind challenges though.

I like a LGS cloak. Throw charisma 6 on there or something if your class needs it.

For trap skills from the planner i came up with (using search)

(+20 item would be 48)
add in skill boost and versitility, should push it over 50.

same with DD.

To hit breakdown:

Should get ~36 strength in the end:

16 base + 2 tome + 5 level + 6 item + 2 exceptional + 2 enhancements + 3 profane (fitting abashai somewhere) = 36

To hit:
I assume the BAB is 15 on this split so...

15 BAB + 13 stat + 5 weapon + 4 gh = 37 before bard songs

Unfortunately I don't know the attack and damage increase for bard songs on a 16 bard (I'm nubbish in this area)

Probably going to have to go DT robe with destruction on the third tier.

Perform should be

23 (planner skills and stats) + 4 item (+7 +1ex) + 15 item + 4 gh + 6 cha skills GS = 50ish (think that cloak from house c has a stacking perform on it for some more)

I'm sure that I am missing some things in these breakdowns...I'm not a huge toon builder lol.

The highest DC for a trap is 79~81 I think.  That is the yellow wheel trap in Big Top.

You just forever marked your bard as a rogue.  You better be able to do traps and evade them if the box is in the trap.  I may go postal otherwise.

Could drop hamstring and rearrange feats, pick up quicken...or take 15 bard, 3 rogue, 2 ftr and maybe another toughness instead?

No need for quicken unless you have heal/recon really.

I'll list my build when I get home for your reference. I thought about going twf myself, but there's too much bad vs good to do it in my eyes

Quicken is useless, your self healing will come in scrolls so you want to max your concentration.  Another toughness is fine, I guess.  It doesn't matter too much.  Hamstring is pretty pointless.

I run around with a sustainable 30 reflex save. Gh, resist 5 item, haste, dex item, pally dilly(+5 saves) = +18 to reflex.

With hv4, I get a 20 sec boost bringing me to 35.

I'm working on getting it higher, but it is going to take some work and planning.

Also, it isn't even my highest save. If I could cross class bard, monk and pally, I would have.

I'm planning to TR my pure 20 SS bard into a 17/2/1 bard/rogue/fighter helf with pally dilly. Good charisma, and I'll be using epic elyd edges, so I can (mostly) dump str and get my to hit and damage from a high charisma score.

I've got the build planned out, but still trying for my second Elyd  Edge shard to build another one. I guess I could TR her now and run with my other toons to get the shard. Thinking is hard.

If anyone is interested, I could post it up for everyone to laugh at.

Why not 16/2/2?  You get pretty much jack from the extra bard level.

Why edges? Why not the desert khopesh?
