Conjure Bolts

Today, on my rogue, I bought conjure bolts scrolls for the first time, as they stack in 1000 and not in 100 like the flame bolts (also scroll).
Problem: There where no bolts at all conjured. Nothing. Niente. Nada. Nichts. Ifuckyourmom (that is Persian for nothing).
I did it in public space (no message saying you cannot blah blah, like the flame bolts): No bolts.
I did it in the dungeon: No bolts

Is it just bugged or am I doing something wrong? (besides posting in The Vault)

You aren't doing anything wrong, the Conjure Bolts scrolls have been broken for a month or so.

Bug reported it a while back, checked today and its still not working on Lamannia.

Insightful Strikes scroll doesn't work either....well it does give the stack of scrolls insightful strikes.
