I used the Guantlets of Eternity until I made the Epic Comedy Mask.  There are several good epic options, but for leveling (and ease of acquisition) the gloves are a good place to go. 

If you are 18, then a ToD necklace with potency VI on it gets your Heal, Mass Light, and Mass Moderate nicely buffed at 50%, although it misses the Mass Serious, Mass Critical and Mass Heal.  Ofc, on a WF melee based FvS I'm not sure how many of those you are carrying anyways.  Combined with an Ardor clicky and you should be fine.
