The way that Tolero described it was that it was once per character, but that she didn't know if True Reincarnation would count as a "new" character or if the game would remember that you've used your freebie before.

	http://ddowiki.com/page/Reincarnation I think I'm supposed to say something like "wikis are hard". But yeah, you keep race, alignment, class levels. Change feats, ability points, skills, enhancements, spell picks. At least according to the internet. IIRC Golemus on Orien used to use one of these around lvl 13 or so on some of his monk lives. He would spec for AC until it was useless, then LR away from it. I'm really hoping to get a confirmation that this is per TR.
