Fascinated the 4 guards at entrance, their debuff timer was 3 minutes. Waited it out, they did not break until the 3 minutes were up. Tried it again after they broke. Yup, still a 3 minute fascinate.

	Pope, I never really paid attention to the tooltip before, did it always display a shorter duration, and the actual effect was longer depending on enhancements?

	I don't remember. I know it's supposed to be 24 seconds + 6 per level, but I don't remember what the tooltip said before U14.

	Probably just another ability (feat/spell, etc) that doesn't see epic levels correctly and miss calculates stats.

	I question the timers for stuff in general. Swimming up to the platform in abbot I was counting down over mic to time the raise. The timer went ...5...4...2?!...1?!....what the hell happened to 3!?!?!?! Did not have a stutter or anything, just went from 4 to 2.
