Hey Vaulties,

I need advice on leveling a second life pally to 20. 

Things that we did wrong:
1. Duo and both are pally.  Pugs are not available on time zone.
2. Took level 19, should have stayed 18 and ran Reavers Refuge Quests
3. Be gimp, no solution there I guess

We still need 300k XP to cap, and I am running out of quests.

Quests that we already ran and got xp from:
Vale (also Elites)
Amrath (Sins and Genesis on Normal), we can't complete Hard on those.
IQ1 and IQ2 (Hard)

I was thinking of the remaining quests:
House C Challenges are nerfed hard on XPs.
House C quests have very low xp, are they worth it?
Slayers all the way?

Farm Reaver's Refuge on hard, or farm normal at -10% if you're really that gimp.  More than enough XP there to get you to 20.

This and if its still not enough, farm out the first IQ2 quests and do a quick run through of IQ2 on elite and IQ1 on elite, that's some nice exp there.

BTW... You can use "Paladin" or "Gimps"... but phrasing it as "Paladin Gimps" is just being redundant AND saying the same thing twice

BTW, are paladins getting some love in some update?

It is the last class I would like to play. In PnP D&D it was funny to play a Paladin, because you could always roleplay it and anger all the party.

works the same in DDO... you yak on and on about your high saves and your awesome AC on chat, but can't get through any DR when in a quest.

This. Also there is a 35% heroic xp event coming up, starting at the 9th. This along with tome boni (if you have them) means good quests never really run dry until they are completely farmed out.

Giant's Vault in the DD chain is a nice solo only quest and the XP is quite decent.

On Topic: Grind out some more Vale/Spinner of Shadows completions.  Grind out the Abbot preraid if you haven’t already.  Explorer areas can be… okay… with a +66% slayer potion.

We tried this,  we are very bad with puzzle solving even with the guides or whatnot.  XP pots are not worth for this.

There is one site that is mostly correct in showing all the different permutations of the puzzle and their solutions.  I can look it up if you're interested or haven't already found it.

There are only 2 solutions to memorize for that puzzle and it’s easy to figure out which is which.  The tile to Fred’s right will either be a hooked or straight piece.

I really want to make sure here:  You did Elite until your eyes bled and then Hard, Normal and Casual right?

On my completionist’s druid incarnation it took me a week to get thru level 19 thanks to Turbines retarded XP totals.  And then, it took only 2 days to move from level 20 to 23.

All my toons are capped or almost capped, so I went for the renown. My guild needs a boost to 85.

Farmed this on HHHHH then Normal and Elite.  Yeah, this second life was not planned.  The XP planning is going to be done on the 3rd life ( another pally :| )
