	Got changed. New 0 enhancement = 50% penalty Tier I = 40% Tier II = 30% Tier III = 20% Tier I nerfed. Tier III buffed.

	Doing a little mathing, basically talking to myself here. Using only ship buff and 10/30% (very easy to get now) for a base bonus of 157% No HF: 78% 1 rank (2 AP): new 94% old 102% 2 ranks (6 AP): new/old 110% 3 ranks (12 AP): new 125% old 118% This time looking ahead to my pally's monk life, including 30% from enhancements (monk best case), 5% from 1x Pally PL, 10/20/30% gear and 10% ship buff for total of 257% bonus. No HF: 128% 1 rank (2 AP): new 154% old 167% 2 ranks (6 AP): new/old 180% 3 ranks (12 AP): new 206% old 193% Still nowhere near a justification of the AP costs beyond first tier if you ask me, and I'm a healing amp whore.
