Most of the new stuff drops +4 tomes with the same 0.09% chance on EE. I guess there was some reason why they did it instead of adding to random treasure tables (ransack, end-rewards or maybe random loot is just unsuitable/too large for difficulty splitting).

There are a couple new files with new mobs, possibly delera's graveyard will be level instanced now etc. but no items. 	Heya Rodrak, I'm curious about the drop rates regarding the Holy Symbol of Lolth. I've been farming for this til ransack on 4 different characters once a week more or less since shortly after xpac launch. So far nada. Reminds me of the Torc that my Wizard still can't pull on life 7. 20 runs a life, 40 on two of them. Is the drop rate that abysmally low? And, if it isn't, is there any validity you've seen to the claim that characters have a luck factor which is determined at creation? DDO is the first MMO type game I've played. And it's beyond irritating dealing with it's drop mechanics at times. Some items drop like candy on Halloween. Others, I have not seen in 7+ lives.

So low but not very low. But you still need the luck to get it without a lot of rerunning. I can't say anything about "luck factor" or whatever, I can't look at the game's code/scripts. Some items drop like candy because the drop rates are very different.
