What was this horribly broken exploit? Just the guy killing Hound on Elite solo with Manyshot?
I am sad about them fixing the shears/keeping old destiny abilities for easy ddooring/bursting while leveling up off-ED's.

yeah i've noticed the lack of longtime players being on lately with Khyber at least.
It's too bad ED's had some really fun stuff. Maybe enhancements will help if they ever get them done. I've heard GW2 is real boring at cap though.

ED's a are a stupid grind for power that is meaningless because there no longer is any end game because everything has been dumbed down and made so f'n easy.
There is no challenge in DDO any more the no grind MMO became the all grind MMO.

I can't tell you until I log in and see which FoTW exploit they fixed.
more than likely it was the ability to set off Unbridled Fury at any time.

The point of these forums is to be a dick to everyone. The only people who (sometimes) get cut slack are those who are well known/well established/have very high post counts. If you're not one of those people right now, you never will be. For those people, this is a circlejerk where they can dump on everyone else and hint at exploits that often don't exist.

They did but running TR's at least gives a way to hang out with friends and not be stuck in buggy f'n content.

This is false. A number of people have ascended using different techniques from honey badger like tenacity to full on assholery. (or the tried and true method of sending stainer titty pics.)

yeah i generally hesitate to participate and prefer lurking. but i figured maybe someone here knew what was going on. I've been 100% focused on my Arty the last month or two, and have not played AT ALL with FoTW but I got some hints that AA's were having fun with it. I don't know if whatever exploits they were enjoying would have translated well to an Arty with a repeater, but I won't ever know now. Oh well.
So many people left game I'm running mostly solo except some pug raiding so I don't here much gossip these days.

I'm not arguing, but I am curious: how did ED's take away incentive to TR? Because you have to cap back to Epic 5 each time? Or just because now there is something to do at 20 now that isn't TR or grind Abbot?
Now that I have basically all of the ED's unlocked on 1 of my toons (I was out of game the first month MoTu hit, missed out on challenges XP sploits and such), I am definitely itching to TR to support the changes EDs have brought (need some sorc lives now that my previously ranger PL'ed Arty has serious evocation chops, for instance).

That's the response I expected
I just call it like I see it. If I were jelly I would be padding my post count every chance I got in a mad dash to get to the lurker free zone and beyond. But since I find out everything that happens there (which isn't all that much), then what's the point?
Like I said, I'm just here for the entertainment value and the occasional info about DDO.
