Database troubles on the horizon?

I missed doing a screen capture, but I think this is just a sign that their billing system changes still have some hiccups:
I was logged into a character and as I got logged out, it went to someone else account. I started watching TV and had glanced at the screen and noticed it was sitting at a character selection screen of only 2 with names I didn't recognize. I am so used to Turbine's games having numerous bugs, I was not shocked in the least and actually went back to watching TV. It must have timed out while I finished watching my shows and put the kid to bed.

If this is a random bug, this should be hilarious in the future...

And, is it just me or has the website now been redirecting to the maintenance page a lot more and the avatars are missing:
going through pages, I periodically get:

I would not be surprised.  They still have the U17 return to Gianthold coming soon splash screen as you load in...It is perpetually amusing
