Has anyone else noticed that they've completely borked how gmail accounts work?
"If you are a gmail user that registered an account on PWE after 1/27/2011, please input your email address without any periods in the first half. For example, you should enter abe.lincoln@gmail.com as abelincoln@gmail.com"
They actually have my account listed without any of the periods, so for the ticket I've submitted I'm pretty sure it's going to
the wrong email addy instead of what my actual email is. I've tried changing the email but it says an account exists (but password recovery says it doesn't), but it does b/c I have an account!

In my attempt to fix problem 1 I went to submit a ticket here:

jcmV0X2tleQ!! has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
So I google it and find that they have an email address that I can submit tickets to, which I have just done. I also find a hard url:
https://support.perfectworld.com/app/answers/list/c/47When I arrive I click on the "Ticket History" tab, which brings to another failed redirect loop.
Eh, it's a new game so I assume they are still working out website bugs. Just thought I'd give a sit-rep on some issues I've found.
