fighter past life for a barb?

so i have a first life barb that im gonna tr, im leaning towards ftr in order to get the passive +1 to stunning blow/trip/sunder. then i'll tr again back into a barb and leave him sit there for the foreseeable future. can anyone suggest a build just for zerging through the past life? i've heard a lot about taking druid levels for self healing/firewall etc. but advance builds such as that are really out of my comfort zone as far as drawing them up goes. however im perfectly capable of following step by step directions if anyone could suggest a build plan.

+1 DC isn't going to do anything for you. If you were doing 3 lives that'd be one thing, but +10 hp or 5% hamp is going to have a bigger impact.

If I were rating the value of the melee past life passive benefits, I'd go:

+1 Damage
+5% Heal Amp
+1 To Hit/+1 Feat DC
+10 HP
+2 Ranged Damage (unless you are actually a ranged toon, then this jumps up)
+Whatever Sneak attack

I'd do a Monk or Pally PL before a Fighter or Barb one.
