Okay, so you guys put some pretty sweet builds up here...  Looking for a caster/ranged arti.  I'll probably take it to cap, then TR.  No need for EE survivability.  Completionist with x3 Sorc and x2 Wiz for now.  WF preferred for gear and easy self repair...  Thoughts or suggestions?  Still knocking out more lives on him and no ready for "end game"...

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

It is fairly natural to assume that the fair price for the pot is the fair value of the resources I needed to make the pot plus the fair value of my labor.

Your entire role will be weapon buffs and stacking damage vulnerability on bosses (assuming it even works properly).  Your DPS won't be particularly good, and from a gameplay point of view, honestly it looks kind of boring, like playing a weak arcane.

If you want to do this though, I think you should go full caster.  SLA cooldown is enough to have a very efficient rotation.  Splash 2 sorc for a big boost in spellpower (electrocution/tier1 core) and some decent SP management.  Electric immunes will be a bitch, but its whatever.

I am really lost with the new enhancements.
So I cannot take force enhancements, just +1% to critical?
I have a very limited time for playing, now I have to study a PhD.

Based on my experiences on Lammaland:

The SLAs and vulnerability work pretty well.  However, I would grab all the Runearm enhancements from Battle Engineer as well.  They add spell power and being able to run around with the runearm perma charging is a nice little damage boost.

Potency/Force/Fire/Electrical gear + Feats + Spellcraft/Repair skill + Universal spellpower from Arcanotechnician + Enhancements from Arcanotechnician + Runearm/Implement enhancements from Battle Engineer.
