I could see preferring top-up healing, esp if it was triple stacked. But none of it's worth the grind. And it's all completely unimaginative, taken straight from EDs.

	Some incentive to ER, not too mind-blasting. It's a good thing that they scale. Some small benefit without rolling a new toon, but being able to participate in most raids - sure why not?

	That's not opinion, that's science. And science is one cold hearted bitch with a 14 inch strap on.

	27 PRR and 24 AC seem pretty beneficial to me. It's a huge grind, but WTF else is there to do. I'll be running a max ED toon, so his utility doesn't decrease that much. If you're not maxed in EDs, you get more benefits and don't lose a lot of toon power with an epic TR. I don't know what you guys expected, but I'm just glad that I get useful stuff.
