Forum viewing has been available for over an hour.

The trick is logging in.

Since the logins are all now off of the same system, when you can login to the forums you will ALMOST be able to log into the game.

It's their auth servers.  They hold those down when they don't want anyone in.  Or, when their shit be broke.

I would suspect they are performing validations right now.  Either that, or the power outage fucked their delicate little application.  Both could be true...
