After getting triple completionist, I decided to go for something retarded. So, halfling that throws shurikens. Here it is.

Every number given is with ship buffs + GH + gear.

Halfling Lawful Good
12Monk/4Ranger/4Rogue

Numbers

HP - 846
SP - 396
Fortitude - 56
Reflex - 72
Will - 55
BAB - 20/23 (Can reach over 100 to-hit with Tenser)
Dodge 26%

STR - A few points in for weight limit so I don't lose monk stances from debuffs, etc.
DEX - Needs to be high, more dex = more shurikens and damage.
WIS - Secondary focus to make 10k better.
CON/INT - I decided on more INT to have maxed out trap skills. Transferable to CON for those that don't want to trap.
CHA - Dump stat, but I'm still fabulous.

	I heard something about offhanding a celestia helping you break DR or do light damage. Could you test that?

	What Arkat said; Detonation/Sunburst/etc type effects are applied to all weapons. If you have an offhand with them, it applies the effect(s) to the mainhand too.

	Light damage doesn't work. I personally reckon youd get better mileage from a neg level weapon. I'm assuming max and empower are for shiradi procs? Didn't realise that still worked.

	This is about 3000% better than the thrower guy in the party for elite necro4 today. He had 260 HPs at lvl 15, was using the ml 8 shuriken from sorrowdusk, and doing basically no damage.......he also kited everything. You however are incinerating things with that build lol, nice.

I'm a little skeptical it works on weapons.
