Stuck on this quest? We all have been at one point or another. This is a TIMED quest, and it is the biggest threat to you in the quest. You have just ten minutes to break fifty boxes. That's five boxes per minute, for those of you who like proportions.

So first thing first, the most common mistake you can make is to enter the quest and wait for the group to fill. Make sure you fill the group BEFORE.  Improved precise shot and area of effect spells, as well as cleave/greatcleave/whirlwind are your friend - it's hard to break all those boxes in the allotted time, even with a full group. I recommend splitting up - for this reason self healing is absolutely necessary. You never know when the game will throw you a curve ball and you take falling damage or something.


The crates themselves are beasts: most of them don't even have the decency to drop anything useful out of the breakables. Remember which spells target breakables and which don't - Primal Scream, for example, is useless in this quest (except for the con boost to prevent massive falling damage from doing you in). With luck, you will break 6 per minute - so you can afford a mess up or two where your group only gets 4. If you're lucky, you'll finish with time left over.
