In all fairness, there are quite a few people on the main forums that get away with saying things that would get most people a vacation.   If I'm being honest, I've had several instances where I just had threads deleted where what I posted probably should have gotten me a perma-ban

I hear that.

I guess I just found this case astounding because they cubed the D-bag White Knight who was trying to warn Turbine, this same guy was trying to talk Melicock out of offering to buy any stones duped or not. 

So he and his thread get the chop, but the PC member who offers to buy, and then doubles down on the offer not to lose face THREE TIMES doesn't even get a little vacation.

But I do know what you mean, I have seen vault references stay up there for days with nothing, consistency is not Jerry's hallmark.

Not on my side anyway. I don't think I'd ever met him before I ran with him flagging the new raids the other day. His playstyle and personality seemed incongruent with his guildtag at  the time but I didnt think much of it. Then he started having a go at me in the other thread so I was intrigued it turned out to be the same person. Small world here.

Exactly -- I've had enough nights where I woke up the next day with an odd taste in my mouth and no memory of the night before that I can't completely rule it out.

I have never gotten anything beneficial out of doing it though -- I'm sure of that fact!

I meet lovely people in the game all the time. I get into the most random conversations. And never dismiss harbour peeps -  some of my most fascinating discussions have come from there.

And lately I keep meeting really funny Germans.  Being very funny is not something I naturally associated with Germans but these people make me laugh so much.

I loved it when I went just incognito for 6 months just enjoying playing the game one time when I was hurt by some stuff. Really reminded me what I valued. I met so many nice people -   none of whom knew I was female.  That was a really fun and satisfying time actually.
