	ETRs replaced normal TRing for a lot of people with nothing better to do. The PUG scene has been fairly dead for a while anyway.

	I don't know what you're talking about. I ran from 1-20 pretty much totally in groups. If I couldn't find buddies online, I'd just open my group to pugs and come what may. It's also a fun way to find new people. Maybe you're referring to the lack of LFMs for those groups. The reasons are 1) running with buddies, 2) everyone waiting for someone else to open pugs, and 3) lfms for happy, disciplined, dedicated people only.

	The only dead spot in game is level 15 quests being by and large rubbish... There is such a ridiculous amount of XP from 7 to 12 quests that don't require a party. I really am astonished that this range is a problem for anyone. Find a self-sufficient build , cover your own ass and put in the work to learn the game and quests.
