Looking for Mr Potato Head build

I'm looking for a build to do completionist (maybe triple.) I've some xp stones and have been running to lvl 5 equipping my voice, 5% shrine, and sov pot. That brings me to needing about 450k to cap (lvl 18 almost 19).
I'd like to use the same gear 1-5 and 18-20 and similar builds for each life.  So, what would the sages of the vault reccomed?
