Also, there doesn't appear to be a need to upgrade it to tier 3.

Another also, the other items say "craftable +3," but they take up to +5. +3 takes them to ML 20, but +5 doesn't take them higher. Not very useful info, but there are still some things you can craft that don't come in augments.

Why would you fight with anything other than wraps?   

I am wanting to make a wacky build and wear ml 16 full gear set at level 2! Hewp me!

ok, I've tried  item, armor & Wep.

make 16
Not upgrade
Disjunct it (doesn't always change min level)
put shards in such as bleed/holy & jump/pop for items (have tried bound & unbound shards)
adding ML shard
some of them go up to min level 19.
then upgrading to t3

most still have high min level..

have tried disjuncting one or two again (which ofc removes shards) some will drop to the previously stated 0ml (but you have to dust them each login). others have had no change whatsoever.


Haven't had any luck at getting anything to get/stay @ ml2 other than wraps.
