Dodge version of Masters Blitz (Read 3660 times)

	I was told to take the PRR version because Dodge version was bugged... anyone know what its doing wrong?

	it doesnt go over your dodge cap, so if your already capped, its 100% useless. You dont get +50% dodge.

	HAHAHAHAHAH!!!! I'm STILL entertained by turbine's fuck ups. 23 updates later, it's still funny. "A Monkey Fucking a Football" 1. If it was a bug, the devs have come out and said it's not a bug. They now claim it was always supposed to cap with your armor. So, yeah, prr is the way to go. Mind you, that's only 30 prr. Or you could were pajamas. *Edit: I wrote 50 prr before. It's only 30. My bad.
