Is there something wrong with this rare? I know his new location and his chest is always there for some reason but  Scorchtusk himself isn't. Free chests are always good but I want to complete my rare too.

It's right next to the entrance so I think I'm close to 50 checks as we speak.

Finally got him... then got him 3-4 times in a row, for punctuation.

I would bug it as you say but then again someone might be farming for those wraps so I won't.
