OK. I found it for you vaulties.

Directions

Mix: flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover the Smurfs with this mixture.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Deep fry the Smurfs until they turn golden purple.
Put on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with tostones, and or beans and rice
