	question for you builders out there. is it worth taking improved shield bash on a Bard/fighter/rogue? with just a small investment into Vanguard you can end up with a total of 40% shield bash proc and an additional 5% attack speed (Vicious shield) +the bonus to hit and damage from Shield Spec. seems just like extra free dps but would love more thoughts on it. (1 feat and 11 ap for the above)

	Shield bash procs are capped at 1/second IIRC. So getting a really high % is not really worth it. 40% looks good, but I probably wouldn't have any points left over after investing in swash, WC, and defender.
