Noticed today the +15 spell agility agument doesn't seem to work with the elf or drow ranks. Any way around this assuming I have 3 ranks for -15% how would I go about getting some more with out the EK tree?

Thanks will try again, It seemed that even after I put it in the Shadow dragon plate it was still failing me at -20% but I will go back and run again just watching results not tooltip thanks. Also the slotting in the item did work for sure on the bulwark shield after I slotted it there was no rolls for failure.

hmm, i was trying to use my AP other way when i start using epic fanged gloves on my pale melee, thought i could replace some APs i used to lower asf on drow n EK trees - but the bonus from gloves somehow didnt work

All working fine for me.
2 ranks in drow arcane fluidity plus sapphire in tf medium for zero asf.
Not using Fanged gloves atm but those work too to reduce asf by 10 on any other armour. Doesn't stack with sapphire though.

Could it possibly be a bug with the Thunderforged heavy armor?  That stuff came out *after* the blue augments, right?  Just a thought...
