	I usually go with the MS23 with 80/20 cow/sheep. You could go coin-op like everyone suggested, but it sucks when you have to keep stopping to feed the tractor more quarters.

Pretty good chance to pull, and really highly unlikely to not get it from 40 completions. Plus there's etr now. Epic xp is good too, just do 20 th on heroic. Torc is still uber for heroics, even at cap for melee, like pally. But yeah if you only have one, don't epic it.

Raid loot chance for heroic n/h/e is 16/18/20% and 6% for the torc in the 2nd roll. Old quote by you know whom. There are 16 raid items. And random 10 items from 20 th. Don't know what second roll is but that's like 1.25% chance to pull a Torc and 62.5% to get it from 20 th ? 8 % chance to NOT get it from 20 completions - and highly unlikely you would solo every single raid. My math skills consists of making grocery shopping lists by the way so it might be completely retarded. Sorry for going Arkat on you but those "doom" stories about thousands Tods for Shintao ring and such are quite ... whiny.
