I'm about to do either 13 rogue/6monk/1 ftr or what not.  Focus on sneak attack or a variation of 11 rogue/6monk/3 rgr or ftr.  Don't know yet.  Halfling probably

having done almost every shuriken build under the sun (and inventing 2/3rds of them), I can tell you that while thi will be great at trash, without FoTW and some sort of active attack with a crit multi (Sniper/Slayer) your red named dps will have you kiting and plinking away forever. ESPECIALLY on Legendary elite where things have like 1mil HP.

Though the sneak attack angle with a Hide >120'ish in SD or LD will be nice DPS, but it will still be a bit slow
