	There's an interesting possiiblity for a 12Fighter/xxx Thrower build that utilizes 2xXeapon Specialization feats, Shot on the Run, and 2x Weapon Focus feats for 11 Ranged Power. PBS is a no brainer as a prereq for SOTR, and mobility isnt that bad for the Dodge. If you went un-centered Halfling, you could even use light armor for the Max Dex increase from Mobility. Epic Levels now give 24RP for levels 21-28, and ED's give 6-24 RP. The 11% RP from going 12 Fighter is still about a 25% increase (11RP/max48RP from ED's and epic Levels). Just thinking out loud
